Through the HOPAD Children’s Health Care Program the children within the HOPAD Children’s Home receive quarterly medical examinations. This it to ensure all the children maintain adequate health and fitness. The program also covers all emergency medical expenses. The children’s school monitors all the yearly vaccinations necessary to keep all the children up to date. In case of emergency, HOPAD has access to a local doctor five minutes walk away. For less pressing complications, the children are sent to Alka Hospital situated ten minutes drive from the home. Smaller conditions such as chronic dry skin, headaches, or slight fevers are all handled at home. Health Program updates!
